Ray Flores - 10th Legion play-by-play

For over four years, Ray Flores has been a play-by-play man and/ or ring announcer for some of the largest mixed martial arts and boxing organizations in the United States. Some of these esteemed events include the Total Fight Challenge, Ironheart Crown, C3, Brawl at Bourbon Street, XFO, Absolute Fighting Alliance, and countless other events here in the Chicagoland area. Over the past couple of years, Flores has been featured ring announcing on HDNet’s Inside MMA, as well as doing play-by-play work on Comcast SportsNet Chicago. The young yet experienced 23 year-old has been the voice of some defining moments in the young careers of world class fighters such as Jason Chambers, Dan Hornbuckle, Jeff Curran, Miguel Torres, and Clay Guida. This past June, he traveled to San Jose, Costa Rica to do play-by-play work for Fite Nite’s 8 Man Lightweight Tournament that was shown on international pay-per-view.

Ray Flores has fully immersed himself in all media aspects of combat sports announcing. He has been privileged to have worked with or interviewed some of the best fighters in the business through opportunities created by being the featured UFC 90 writer for Fightnews.com, covering UFC 100 and WEC 42 for a prominent sports station here in Chicago, hosting the only weekly mixed martial arts and boxing radio show in Chicago, and rounding out his skills by announcing for distinguished mixed martial arts and boxing organizations. From ring announcing at the Congress Theatre in downtown Chicago to the plush setting of the Horseshoe Casino, or the rich tradition of the Hammond Civic Center, Ray has been involved with the biggest local promotions in the Chicagoland area for years.

Ray is very excited about coming to the UK and working with 10th Legion!

'At 10th Legion we look to improve with each show and we feel bringing on Ray can only add to the growing 10th Legion following!'
