Stephen Soderbergh directs an all star cast in action thriller HAYWIRE, including mixed martial arts supremo Gina Carano as Mallory Kane, a highly-trained black ops specialist, contracted for hazardous covert missions by the US Government. When her paymaster’s point-man (Ewan McGregor) teams her with fellow agent (Channing Tatum) to extract a Chinese journalist held hostage in a Barcelona safe house, the mission swiftly unravels and she barely escapes with her life. During her next assignment in Dublin, with Irish assassin Paul (Michael Fassbender) Mallory is violently betrayed and pursued across the city by the local police and assorted ruthless hitmen.

10TH Legion Championship Fighting – Hull’s number one MMA event is back on 17th Sep Saturday Night!
With 4 10th Legion Title belts up for grabs, it will be an explosive night of top quality mixed martial arts.
The excellent Ray Flores from Chicago will be our MC and play by play commentator joined by Dan Singh - Warrior from TV’s Gladiators!
Chasing the 10th Legion British Welterweight Title belt will be James Bateman from Fight Ministry. Bateman will be looking to continue his rise in the welterweight division. From the same team Hull’s number one Professional MMA star Louis Chapman will also be looking to add the 10th Legion Lightweight British Professional belt to his name. But standing in his way will be Simon Neale from Scarborough. Also from Fight Ministry Jack Grant a MMA Rockstar in the making will be fighting 10th Legion first NSAC Rules title match up. Jamie Shepard from Tap of Snap will be in his way. Both fighters are of the same mould, so this will be fireworks for sure!

Josh Kaldani from Abdul Mohamed’s camp will be fighting his first Professional fight. His opponent Dan Rees is also a first time Professional – so look for both fighters looking to have something to prove.
Emma Watson will be 10th Legion’s first female professional on the card. That will be excellent addition to a stacked card of 20 fights!

The Scala Kings Cross will be a sell out so don’t miss it!

As always 10th Legion will be bringing you an International card.

The 10th Legion Middleweight World Title belt will be on the line!

Claudio Silva (Brazil) from London Shootfighters will be fighting it out for the belt with Michele ‘Maximus’ Verginelli (Italy). This looks all set to be one of the best fights this year. Silva a black belt in BJJ has been making a big name for himself, just coming off a Superfight BJJ win at the excellent ‘Ground Control’ event. Veginelli is a solid fighter with a lot of experience, who will be looking to take the belt home. This will be a great Title fight.

Panikos Kleanthous from Urban Kings will be taking on Kester Adabs in a grudge match. No love is lost between these fighters. This will be fireworks!

Marek Idzikowski (Poland) will be looking to make his Pro debut.

From French ‘Morning Team’ we have Leny Ferreira-leal and Thibeault David looking to put on a great show!

10th Legion Welterweight Champion Peter Irving will be fighting in a special K1 event. Irving has been taking on the best of Europe over the last 18 months. So as a rest from MMA he will fighting a K1 match for this event. Not much as a rest as we have a very tough opponent – Alexander ‘Crooked Eye’ Proder from Sweden.

Irving’s fights always end up as fights of the night, as they are always wars. So do not miss this one!

Abdul Mohamed with be defending his 10th Legion Lightweight World Title belt!!

His opponent Andrew Fisher from Sunderland will be stepping up to make his name on 9th April, only ‘the Slam Man’ Abdul Mohamed will be standing in his way. Both fighters as always need to win. Mohamed has been back on form of late and looking again to be the number one lightweight in Europe again. A win for Fisher would up his stock and push him up the ladder of his MMA career.

Hassan Murdai a team mate of Mohamed will also be on the card, taking on the tough local Hull fighter Tony Shields. This will be a classic Grappler vs. Striker match up. Murdai is an excellent wrestler and Shields has TNT in both hands and will be looking for a KO. This looks like an all action match up!

Brazilian Marcus Da Silva is back in the cage facing up and coming Darren Wardle. Last time out
Da Silva showed his old school BJJ style had trouble with heavy ground and pound. Will he bring new skills to this fight or look to bring it early to the ground?

Then exciting UFC bouts with Paul Taylor, Marcus Davis, Dennis Sliver, Anthony Torres and David Bielkhen. Jess is a true top Level MMA fighter and to watch him live in London will make it a night not to miss.

Irving will be looking to continue his European reign and showing once again his tough fighting style Irving has often been a fight of the night fighter and this looks to be another great match up. The ever developing Irving will be on form for sure.

Morten Djursaa Jensen 9-2 is known as one of Denmark’s most exciting MMA fighters! He has crowd pleasing style, with his strong Muay Thai skills. Morten is a Danish Champion in Muay Thai and holds notable wins in Muay Thai over Kasper Dybmark - who is a current World Champion in Muay Thai.

His main strength is his crisp stand up and strong clinch. Morten trained at 'Legends' in grappling with Gokor and teammate and friend David Rosmon - top grappler and ADCC Champion. As Rosmon has faced Irving before will he have answers for his team mate? We will be finding out on 13th March in London!

James Bateman 5-1 was a finalist in the Virgin One US TV Series The Ultimate Fighter. Since then he has put together a strong record earning a step up to fight for the 10th Legion British Welterweight Title belt. A new breed of pure MMA fighter Bateman is looking to make his name on the 13th March.

His opponent from Ireland Merv Mulholland 5-3 is on a high after just winning a MMA title fight, so he will be all set to show the MMA world what he has to offer. This looks to be a great Pro matchup of two young bloods with it all on the line.

2 times BJJ World Champion Leo Negao will be on the card in a special event. He will be entering the world of boxing for the first time to show us that not only is he world class on the ground but he has stand up skills to match!

Just got back from a great seminar with UFC (and 10th Legion) Referee Marc Goddard

It was an excellent day and was a good start to getting UK MMA in line with the Uified rules.

For 10th Legion this was great to see and hear. From the start of our events we have worked with a high standard and are happy to part of that growing process in UK MMA.

Morten is known as one of Denmarks most exciting MMA fighters! He has crowd pleasing style, with his strong Muay Thai skills. Morten is a Danish Champion in Muay Thai and holds a notable wins in Muay Thai over Kasper Dybmark - who is a current World Champion in Muay Thai.

His main strength is his crisp stand up and strong clinch. Morten has approved his ground game drastically since he debuted in Pro MMA. His training at 'Legends' in grappling with Gokor and teammate and friend David Rosmon a top grappler and ADCC Champion. Morten is always in great condition

He debuted into MMA with a KO by way of a flying knee!. Now holding notable wins in MMA over Willy Ni - top welterweight from Mike´s gym Netherlands and top Brazilian BJJ Alan Carlos.

Morten is down to earth guy who appreciates the fans.

Morten is a student and bouncer, he lives in Odense together with his partner and also Pro MMA fighter Maria Hougaard who will be fighting on the M1 show in the Netherlands in Feb against a Strikeforce veteran!

Morten will be in the shape and promises the fans a great show!

This guy is heading for the top and is a Euro prospect to keep an eye on this year!
